Tales of Eternia Anime Returns to YouTube With English Captions to Celebrate

Bandai Namco has announced that, to celebrate the launch of Tales of Eternia Remastered, the anime adaptation of the game is once again available on YouTube, this time until November 30, 2026. English closed captions are also available.

Animated by Xebec and Production I.G., this series initially aired in Japan in 2001 and ran for 13 episodes. Interestingly, it covered part of the party’s journey to Celestia, which didn’t happen in the game. Anime-exclusive characters were implemented, too. When the anime begins, the party already has three Greater Craymels.

Tales of Eternia follows protagonist Reid Hersehel and his allies in Eternia, where the realms of Inferia and Celestia clash across the sky. Grand Fall, a collision of the two worlds, looms, and only by seeking the Greater Craymel can it be halted.
