World of Warcraft: Forever reimagines Azeroth with new races, new lands and over 1,000 new quests, with a beta coming next week.

At BlizzCon 2026, Blizzard Entertainment showed off prominent reveals about the future of World of Warcraft, including a new adventure from the team working on World of Warcraft: Classic. The next big MMORPG chapter for that team is World of Warcraft: Forever, which sounds like another reboot, but this time with a reimagined Azeroth, new races, locations, and a massive collection of new quests. It will release on November 4, 2026 on PC, and a beta will open next week.

Blizzard Entertainment announced the details of World of Warcraft: Forever at BlizzCon 2026. A beta where players can play up to Level 30 will launch on September 16, 2026 and players can sign up now. The grand pitch for the game is as follows:

New & expanded zones
Account-wide perks
Updated world visuals & lighting
