Grab New In-Game Items With Monthly Add-Ons, New To Meta Horizon+!

Blog|1 Okt 2026|

Starting this month, Meta Horizon+ doesn’t just provide you great new games to play — it makes your existing games even better. We’re sweetening the pot with monthly add-ons, bringing you in-game benefits for some of the top titles on Meta Quest. This month, subscribers can claim rewards in the activity-packed social game Orion Drift, from the minds behind Gorilla Tag and Echo Arena.

Expand your Meta Quest library with two great new games in October. Explore a fantastical, reactive world in Waltz of the Wizard, and swing around the battlefield blasting deadly robotic enemies in SWARM 2.

That’s not all: Great new games are joining the Meta Horizon+ catalog for you to download and play instantly. In October, we’re adding the expansive tabletop role-playing action of Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked and the chilling multiplayer horror of Deadly Delivery, ready for you to play whenever you want. All those games are on top of the 100+ titles waiting in the Meta Horizon+ catalog.

With Meta Horizon+, you get a huge amount of gaming value, all for $7.99 USD per month or $59.99 USD per year. You can even try Meta Horizon+ on us*** for a month.

Look Sharp with Monthly Add-Ons

Your first batch of free monthly add-ons lets you grab a new fit in Orion Drift. In October, you can redeem a new bundle in the free-to-play game, which includes one cosmetic item, plus 1,000 driftium to spend in-game, so you can deck out your character and show off.

Orion Drift puts you on a massive space station with a huge number of other Drifters, or robots who used to be the premiere athletes of Earth. You can hang out with up to 75 other players and run, jump, climb, fly, and skate around the station, or take part in a variety of activities, including Driftball and Scraprun.

The Orion Drift monthly add-on offer extends for five months in total — so each month, you’ll get a new cosmetic item and even more driftium, allowing you to build a complete five-piece set by the end. Expect more monthly add-on offers in the future, too, giving you new ways to engage with great games and new opportunities to look your best.

And if you’re a fan of developer Another Axiom’s other game, Gorilla Tag, be sure to stay tuned for more monthly add-ons coming in December!

Grand Adventures and Creeping Dangers

Your games library gets a magical boost this month with Waltz of the Wizard. Referred to as a Reality Experience by its developers, it puts you in a highly reactive world where your wizardry powers allow you to bend time, create and reshape objects, and conjure storms and fireballs. Whether you’re talking to your magical skull companion or wandering the weird world, Waltz of the Wizard changes based on your will and actions.

Alongside Waltz of the Wizard, you can also claim SWARM 2, a fast-paced roguelike shooter that will have you zipping around the battlefield at high speeds. You’re armed with a powerful pistol in one hand and a grapple gun in the other, allowing you to fire hooks and swing around at high speeds to come at your enemies from unexpected directions. Each run is different as you earn new upgrades to give yourself an edge against a myriad of powerful, towering mechanical monsters.

With it joining the Meta Horizon+ catalog, this is a perfect time to rally your party and dive into the adventures of Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked. The tabletop role-playing game sends you into the Forgotten Realms of D&D, where you can take on deadly foes and uncover fascinating stories, either alone or with up to three friends. Battlemarked also recently released its third story campaign, Twilight’s End, which brings to a close a lengthy three-campaign story arc — so this is a perfect opportunity to begin your adventure, or see its thrilling conclusion.

And finally, delve into darkness and make some drop off packages at some questionable locales in Deadly Delivery. The cooperative horror game sends you and up to three delivery goblin friends into pitch-black mines, but you won’t be alone. You’ll need to work together to avoid what creeps in the shadows, by helping each other climb, lug parcels, and escape frightening threats.

As always, all these games and more are ready to play, thanks to the massive Meta Horizon+ catalog, decked out with favorites that include Asgard’s Wrath 2, Green Hell VR, Synth Riders, and Walkabout Mini Golf. All you have to do is download them to your headset and start playing. And with XBOX Game Pass, you can fire up an instant library of XBOX games and play them on your own personal, theater-sized screen.
